Videos are shared 5 times more if they are uploaded straight to the platform instead of sharing a link to YouTube. People will watch a few seconds of a video on social media but are less likely to click elsewhere to watch it (just think of our scrolling behaviour). So bear this in mind when uploading a video...
Making your content relatable to the people you want to reach is going to get you more engagement than just posting very general stuff. Think about who your ideal client is and what they would want to see if they followed your account and create your content based on that. Remember... provide your audience with something of value or that they can relate to.
The whole point of social media is to engage with your audience, and quickly. So if someone comments or messages you and doesn't get a response for ages, or at all, they aren't likely to engage again. The way you engage is so important so bear that in mind.
